At AskHugo, you can update your skills and services anytime! We know our therapists are always growing and expanding their expertise. With just a few clicks, you can showcase your new skills and services on your profile, making it easier to attract more users. Plus, you can request to add new services to ensure everyone knows what you have to offer!
Setting up Services and Specialty
The Service is the service you can offer as a therapist, ranging from counseling to legal reports to specific forms of therapy.
The Specialty is your “title” or “profession,” such as Counsellor, Clinical Psychologist, or Psychiatrist, as well as any other qualified form of therapist. At AskHugo, we welcome all qualified therapists because we want our users to select whatever therapy works best for them.
We encourage therapists to add as many relevant qualifications as possible, and we reserve the right to request proof of your membership in a professional body such as the GMC, BPS, or any other appropriate organization.
Selecting Services
At AskHugo, we encourage you to select as many services as you are qualified to perform. Once selected, you can set a fee for each individual service you offer.
You can also send us a request to add a service if you feel you have expertise in an area that is not listed and would like to offer it. At AskHugo, we will always do our best to ensure you can provide all the services you are qualified for, allowing our users to access the widest range of therapy options.
Appointments
Starting Your Appointments
Login to review all your appointments. At the appropriate time, you can click the “Check-in” function to start the appointment. This will allow the patient/client to login and join. You can then meet your patient at the set location/clinic, or if it’s an online session, you can log in to the messaging area and start an online call.
Ending Appointments
"Once the session has ended, you can end the session via the video call and then go back to the appointments area. In the app, click the “Check-out” function. This will end the appointment and also complete the payment from the patient/client, so funds can be transferred to your digital wallet. (From here, the funds can be securely transferred to your designated account.)
Invoice
At AskHugo, we allow you to generate an invoice which you can retain for your own records. To do this, once the session is complete, you can go to the completed appointments section of the app and click on the desired appointment. Once you are viewing that appointment, you can select the “Generate Invoice” button. This will generate the invoice and change to the “View Invoice” button. Clicking this will allow you to download, view, and store your invoice of the session on any device.
Work Scheduling
Set Your working hours
Select the day of the week and set your working hours for each day to allow clients to select suitable time and date. You can also set “Holiday mode” to indicate non-availability for any given period
Set Your Work Schedule
Set the duration of your sessions for each day and also the hours you are available for appointments. You can also set in a daily “Break” to ensure you take time for own mental health
Review your appointments
Review appointment that have been booked and cancel any unsuitable appointments.
At the time of the appointments the therapist is required to “check in” the client to start the appointment, which can include video calls and the “check out” to end the session and allow for completion of the session
Invoice and Income
Revenue andWallet
AskHugo allows you can view all payemnts received over various time periods to keep you on top of you income. Therapist can review wallet and any fuds held within it. Therapist can then request to withdraw their funds to a designated bank account which is set in their profile
Bank Details
Therapist can set bank transfer details within their account which will be the account used to transfer their balance from their wallet
Invoice Generation
Ask Hugo provides all therapists with the ability to generate an invoice for any completed session. All you need to do is access the “completed appointments” area clink on the desired appointment and select the “generate invoice “ button. This will then change to “view invoice” from which you can view or download you invoice and keep for you records
